Jacqueline is a native Albertan, born in Claresholm. She grew up in Camrose and finished high school at Crescent Heights in Calgary. She has diplomas in Speech Arts from the Toronto Conservatory and completed her education in Performance Speech through Trinity College, London, England. Her career experience includes radio writing, announcing and acting, magazine editing, founding chair of the Dept. of Communicating and Performing Arts at Mount Royal College, as well as forming her own company coaching executives and political figures to make presentations and meet the media.
