Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina are three countries of unrivaled beauty with fabled histories and modern trials. Castles, knights, and ladies are situated amidst the backdrop of ancient Roman glory, Venetian power, and spice caravans. In some ways, it seems a land that time forgot, making it a perfect setting for stories and film. Dragons abound! In our youth, Tito ruled this land and tried to unite diverse peoples. His death brought division and warfare. It marred the land and scarred the psyche. Still the people refuse to hate and are trying to re-build. Join us as we traverse these beautiful lands of mountains, waterfalls, and seascapes of the Adriatic. Enjoy some of the loveliest and most enduring Roman edifices, some of which are still inhabited today. We came, we saw, and we partook of the wonderful food, drink, and fellowship of the Dalmatian coast. Their grace and friendship conquered us.
