Styles of Mah Jong (such as Hong Kong, Asian, American, Japanese etc.) differ in rules for game scoring. Hong Kong Mah Jong is easy to learn and is popular with Cantonese speakers and those who have lived in Hong Kong. It’s a game for all ages and often played on cruise ships.

CALL would like to bring this game to new and experienced players for fun and enjoyment.

These groups are facilitated by Patricia who is now retired from the oil and gas sector. She learned mah jong in Hong Kong while living there and plays with friends and family recreationally. Patricia is an active member of CALL and enjoys sharing her knowledge with others.

There will be a one time $10 fee requested of each group member to help to cover some of the cost of the games materials.
