Open Studio
**FULL with Waitlist**
Open Studio encourages independent study of creative projects related to visual art. We meet in person and on zoom, depending upon our course of study. We have occasional in-person outings and outdoor events. Our zoom room is open every Wednesday for those who prefer to work from their studio space where materials are within easy reach. In the past we have explored creativity through the classical drawing methods and through modern approaches such as the zentangle method and Artists Trading Cards. We select our learning interests as a group. Members offer mini tutorials and share leadership when appropriate. Some prior experience in drawing or design is helpful.
Facilitator(s): Barbara Amos is an interdisciplinary artist whose projects focus on a community and an issue.
Sherryl Jeffries has a background in mindfulness, meditation and clinical psychology. |
