Albertaviews and Beyond Discussion Group

This group has been meeting monthly to discuss topics covered in the magazine albertaviews. The purpose of the group will be to explore alternative points of view on a variety of current issues. Our goal is not to come to a group decision about which perspective is correct but rather to increase our understanding through thoughtful and respectful discussion.
At each meeting there will be a presenter and a "devil's advocate" The Presenter will review a chosen an article from any recent (not necessarily the latest) issue of Alberta Views. The “devil’s advocate" will have the opportunity to present arguments (facts, opinions and beliefs) that may oppose those in the article from Alberta Views.

| Where: | Crescent Heights Community Centre, in Person meetings. In the event of severe inclement weather, a meeting may be held on ZOOM |

Blair Pierce is a retired Family Physician. Richard Farrand (Facilitator Emeritus) is a retired Mechanical Engineer, and an experienced CALL Facilitator with a lifelong interest in politics. |
