Rhythm, Movement and the Brain

This presentation will start with seated exercises to warm up the whole body, then move into standing work with or without the chair, or staying seated as participants need. We will utilize rhythmic sequences in combinations which stimulate balance, coordination, range of motion, fine and complex motor skills as well as activating the memory, musical, and reward centres of the brain.
