John Bargman visited Sri Lanka in March of 2018. This presentation will concentrate on the natural history in the southern part of Sri Lanka, especially the rich natural areas like Sinharaja that is home to many endemic species of plants, trees and birds. It will start with a visit to Kandy and the Temple of the Tooth Relic (a cultural highlight of Sri Lanka). Then the presentation will visit several natural areas and national parks. Finally the show will wrap up with a visit a vacation beach and a boat ride to see the Blue Whale.

Presenter: John Bargman has been fascinated with natural history all his life since being raised in Eastern Africa, he has also been a keen amateur photographer since his teens.
