In Malawi we see the work that the International Development Charity CARE Canada does through a local project entitled Healthy Moms, Healthy Babies. In Rwanda Ulrike shares pictures of a dream come true - a Gorilla Trek where she came face to face with the endangered Mountain Gorilla. Other highlights include unique wildlife of the region and a glance at the cultures of these countries that highlight why this region is known as the “warm heart of Africa”.
