American Mah Jong

American Mah Jong is a game loosely based on the long established Asian Mah Jong. It’s a complex game played with tiles and scorecards ordered annually from the American Mah Jong Association. Mah Jong sets  are provided by participants and 2019 cards will be ordered by the facilitator at participants expense. (approx.. $9/person)

A certain amount of commitment is required from members to ensure sufficient players for a game as we play in tables of four or three people. Prior experience is not required, beginners are welcome.

Once the maximum of twelve members is reached new members will be considered when present members become more proficient. In the meantime, a wait list will be established.
