As Director of the Trade and Investment Centre at the Canada West Foundation in Calgary, Carlo Dade develops and leads research to promote growth and profitability in Western Canada’s export industry. He has been a leading voice in debates on recent free trade agreements and the development of trade infrastructure and, more recently, on the development of a progressive trade agenda in Canada.
