In December 2012/January 2013 six of us went to Myanmar (Burma), a trip that I will remember for many good reasons, but most of all, people.  At the time, Myanmar was still under the military dictatorship, under international sanctions and not a major travel destination.  We spent 3 weeks traveling around and had a great time.  I will always remember Burma as one of my favorite destinations.
