Wordfreaks cSPACE

This is an ongoing group that meets throughout the year, on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. in cSpace. Address is 1721 – 29th Ave SW; room is on 3rd Floor, right next to the elevator.

If you enjoy word games, you might be interested in learning to play Royalty. Each Thursday afternoon, the Word Freaks gather to battle wits over creating words with the letters they are dealt. Not easy to make a word if you have a fistful of vowels or indeed if you have no vowels! There are some rules to learn but you will have very willing helpers as guides. We have lots of laughs and some serious debates about whether a word is legitimate.
