Great Stories, Short Books

Virginia Woolf’s 1927 novel To The Lighthouse is considered one of the masterpieces of twentieth-century literature, both for its masterful narrative technique and its powerful engagement with the intimacies of family life drawn from Woolf’s own experience. In February, we will begin Part 2 of To The Lighthouse.

Our group welcomes new members as we experience the full force of this lyrical novel through reading of extended passages and discussion.
