Reflection

Master Sheng-Yen is one of the foremost Buddhist meditation masters of the present time. In his book Hoofprint of the Ox (Oxford University Press 2001) he details the development of the various Buddhist meditation practices leading up to the Zen (Chinese Chan) practices that have gained wide spread interest among western societies.

During the meetings we shall discuss each chapter in detail.
