- Parking: There will be 36 short term parking stalls for the building, including two accessible stalls. All the parking is located on the north side of the building.
- Accessibility: The accessible entry to the ground floor is on the north side. The accessible washrooms are on the ground floor level. The elevator is to the right of this entrance. All the other entrances have stairs that give access to the hallway and access to the elevator.

• cSPACE is proposing a late 2016 move in date.
There will also be 3 small meeting spaces for 4-5 people on the 3rd floor and a bookable larger meeting space/event support space on the 1st floor.
Since almost half of the current CALL membership live in the south, this new location, near downtown, accessible by bus and with adequate parking, addresses consistent requests for expanded CALL programming delivered at a south venue. We have tried in the past two years partially to meet this need by using Marda Loop Community Centre and churches located in the south.
We are in a position financially to sustain the two-year lease that we will sign this year. As well, we have the option of renewal.
In addition to availability, sites are often selected because of the preferences of the facilitator and the interest group. This practice will continue.
The cSPACE venue simply means that not only will we have one more space available to us, but also, we will have the additional space whenever we want it, including in the evenings and on weekends. Having this space will also raise our profile in the community thanks to the contacts we will make with fellow tenants and enable us to develop new partnerships.
